I have donated once already will donate again, does anyone have poll information on his chances? I would assume pretty slim, not that it isn't worth fighting though.

His message is spot on. And the hair goes well with one of his biggest items on his resume, his iraq-war experience.

Let me ask you, and not to start a flame/troll thread to get anybody banned. But it doesn't bother you at all that he has jewish ancestors, right? It's all about the message, right? It doesn't bother me, but I know some here might object to that.

Specsaregood, I've said this before. It's irresponsible to think that ALL jews are bad or evil. You've got Aron Russo, Peter Schiff, Benjamin Freeman etc. It's just as reckless to suggest that any race is this etc etc. But then you've got the zionist Adam Schiff, rep from Cali. I personally treat everyone as an individual and I treat them the same, but always have my wits around me.

Do you have any evidence that Kokesh is "controlled opposition"? I didn't think so.

He's a good guy. I had the opportunity to hang out/party with him at a conference earlier this year. I think this Congressional campaign is a real longshot however, given the demographics of the district. Hopefully I'll be proven wrong.

If you are saying that, I doubt you know much about Kokesh or the people involved in his campaign. The people involved in helping his campaign are no doubt some of the hardest-core liberty activists.

Kokesh has been a hardcore anti-war activist AND pro-veteran activist.

He went on bike-tour coast to coast stopping at hundreds of sheriff's offices and handing out the book: "The County Sheriff: America's Last Hope" (http://sheriffmack.com/index.php/books-by-richard-mack) Which argues that the county sheriff is the highest law office in the county and has the constitutional authority and duty to override federal police, etc.

Also, the "freedom's phoenix" guys have been working on the campaign hard. If you don't know about those guys....well then you haven't been paying attention. They coined that "Ron Paul Revolution" sign and really kickstarted the grassroots movement that got thousands of new liberty activists involved.


While his campaign is definitely an underdog going off past stats, if anybody can pull an upset it is gonna be Adam and his crew.

To claim he is "controlled opposition", is a bit insulting. How about coming up with some evidence of such? Because his record and the people involved in his campaign is a record that does not say "controlled opposition" to me.

I ask honestly, because as I pointed out I have donated before and plan to again but will direct my money elsewhere if you can throw some dirt on him.
